Emergency Care 

We realize that sometimes your pet's needs can come at all hours of the day or night. You can reach us after hours by calling our clinic phone 859-238-2201 and leaving a message with your emergency situation, animal's name, and a contact phone number. A doctor will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Spay & Neuter

Our spays and neuters are performed with a CO2 laser which will decrease pain, swelling, bleeding, and lead to a quicker recovery time.

Surgery
We offer a wide range of surgeries including spay/neuter, feline declaws, ear trims, MedRX ear flushing, tumor removals, hernia repair, cystotomy, abdominal exploratory, and many more.   We also offer in house Orthopedic surgeries with Dr. Jack Hume, who visits our clinic as needed.  All of our surgeries are done using our CO2 Laser, which means less swelling, bleeding, pain, as well as a quicker recovery time!  Patients receive ISOflurane gas anesthetic and are monitored continuously throughout the procedure.

Our groomer, ALTA HUNDLEY is here Monday- Friday for all of your pet grooming needs.  She offers both dog and cat grooming.  Call us today for a quote!



Dental Care

An annual dental prophylaxis for your pets is highly recommended as they can help your pet live a healthier lifestyle by preventing periodontal disease. This procedure is similar to your yearly teeth cleaning at the dentist, complete with plaque removal and polishing.  We can also extract teeth, if necessary. 



Radiology/Diagnostics

We offer in-house:

• Radiographs

• Blood work, including CBC, chemistries, Pancreatic Lipase, Feline Leukemia, and FIV.

• Urinalysis

• Parvovirus

• Intestinal Parasite Test

• Heartworm Test

• Ear/Skin cytology's

• Skin Scrapes

• Additional testing can be sent to an off-site laboratory, if needed.



Boarding
Let your pets vacation with us when you are out of town!! We have a temperature controlled kennel for dogs, both large and small. We also have isolated rooms for cats and small dogs. All dogs are walked 2 to 3 times daily in our yard. We provide all food and bedding, so all you have to do is drop them off. All animals that board are REQUIRED to be up to date on all of their vaccinations.  We can also medicate your pets while they stay with us.
